I remember moving to LA, and it was really popular to talk about how you had to live here but didn’t like it, especially when speaking with New Yorkers. But today I love LA. Los Angeles has been home for me for 10 years, after moving here from Australia. It is where I found my love for clay and the joy that it brings. To be able to make my work in the city where I live is important to me—it keeps jobs in the local economy and means a shorter commute to work. I love having a small business in Los Angeles, the community of small business owners is incredible.
